The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society works tirelessly to bring blood cancer awareness to Middle Tennessee. We were honored to be a part of the Man & Woman of the Year Grand Finale, when four individuals (including a boy and girl of the year) were recognized for their fundraising efforts so far this year. The candidates will spend the next 4 months alongside numerous individual and corporate based teams raising money for LLS. In October, the entire city will come together as 10,000+ people participate in the Light the Night Walk to support Leukemia and Lymphoma research, patients and their families. This event included a silent and live auction with items representing Music City, like fine local wine, a signed guitar by a country legend and of course, tickets and memorabilia from our beloved Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans. Track One was the perfect venue for this downtown celebration, with plenty of space for guests to browse the auction items, take their photo on the red carpet and wine and dine in style, all while supporting a great cause. There were areas of soft seating, low and high top tables and the room was lit with LLS colors, red yellow and white. The event was a celebration of life, love and coming together to fight this terrible disease. We are so proud of LLS for the work they do, and we can’t wait to once again be a part of Light the Night Walk this fall.
