Nashville Event Space venues are the perfect place to host your rehearsal dinner. Our venues can nicely accommodate rehearsal dinners for small groups of 25 to 50, and larger groups from 75 to 100 or more! Let your guests enjoy all the sights and sounds of downtown Nashville while they attend the “party before the PARTY”! We make it easy for you… dinners large and small, from upscale and sophisticated, to casual Southern themed events, our venues are sure to entice your guests with a unique Welcome to Nashville experience. We offer competitive rates for rehearsal dinners, and if you book one of our venues for your wedding, the rates are even better!

You can choose from one of the many wonderful caterers on our Approved Caterers list, and even better you can BRING IN YOUR OWN ALCOHOL! Each client’s specific needs will determine their specific costs, and our complimentary event designers are happy to work with each client to individually create the event that pleases your tastes and your budget. Proposals are completed on a line-by-line invoice so each client can be fully aware of where each dollar is allocated.

    • aVenue’s Saturday venue rental has been reduced from our standard rate of $3250 to $2500!
      Host your ceremony and reception under the same roof!
    • You can bring your own alcohol. Nashville Event Space does not charge any corkage fee whatsoever.
    • There is so much to do in Nashville! Your out-of-town guests will love touring the city and enjoying a mini-vacation…minus the crowds (tourist season starts in April).
    • Availability is key! All of our venues book quickly on Saturdays. We still have a few openings during January and February of 2015.

Think Saturday is the ONLY day to get married? Think again! Here are just a few reasons a Friday or Sunday wedding is a fabulous idea!

  1. This one is usually a favorite… SAVE MONEY! Venues and vendors usually offer significant discounts for non-Saturday dates… and that savings can be put toward items on your wish list!
  2. Why limit the wedding events to just one day? With a Friday or Sunday wedding, you’ll have the whole weekend to spend time with your guests and maximize the excitement of this very special time! Plan a welcome party at a downtown landmark to welcome your guests the evening before the wedding or plan a brunch for the morning after the event so you can spend as much time as possible actually seeing those guests who have come to see you!
  3. Availability is always key! All our Nashville Event Space venues book fast but there are still Friday and Sunday dates available even in the most popular months of May, June and October.

Our experienced Wedding Designers & Coordinators can take the stress off you and your family on the wedding day. Our sister company, Randi Events, offers wedding coordination packages in any venue, not just Nashville Event Space managed venues.

“DAY OF” CEREMONY + RECEPTION COORDINATION

  • Assist with vendor selection and scheduling prior to the event
  • Direct the ceremony rehearsal
  • Direct the wedding ceremony
  • Construct a day-of timeline
  • Direct reception events
  • On-site coordinator at venue(s) throughout the event day

CEREMONY ONLY or RECEPTION ONLY COORDINATION

  • Assist with vendor selection and scheduling prior to the event
  • Direct the ceremony rehearsal and ceremony OR reception events
  • Construct a day-of timeline
  • On-site coordinator at venue(s) throughout the ceremony or reception

When renting a Nashville Event Space venue, clients are offered design services courtesy of Randi Events. This is an optional service. Clients who utilize the Randi Events design services to produce an event can expect:

  • A 3-dimentional floor plan design
  • Hotel reservations / room blocks for you & your guests
  • Transportation arrangements (limos, buses, parking spaces, etc.)
  • Menu planning with our approved caterers
  • Floral selection and design assistance
  • Assistance booking entertainment like (DJ or Band)
  • Ceremony site selection
  • Assistance finding an ceremony Officiant
  • Styling of event in regards to décor, sound and lights
